Best Flooded Basement in Indianapolis IN

If I could give 6 stars I would. Chris was absolutely incredible! He literally saved us!! We had a main line back up with actual sewage coming in to our finished basement. Another plumber came out and tried to sell us a $5000 clean out and said he was sure it was roots in the pipe. Chris listened to me and said he wanted to try to snake from the internal pipe first. He admitted it was a long shot and not to get my hopes up but he tried anyway. After about an hour of trying...success....he cleared the clog, saved me thousands, and saved the day. Thanks Char and Thanks Roto-Rooter. we will NEVER call anyone else!

Miguel was very patient in answering all my questions and more. He explained the process for removing the water damage & returning my condo
to living standard. I really appreciate his patience & explanations.
