Best Comprehensive Plumbing Repairs in Indianapolis IN
Ryan, my technician, was excellent! He had to deal with a 1907-built house with pipes that old and he handled every challenge like a pro. I highly recommend them... and Ryan.Edit... Hope sent out JP who helped me determine that my original pipes needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond over 3 days. I feel like my house can live another 100 years with her new facelift. I highly recommend JP and his expertise.

We had them come out and quote wet jetting our sewers. We've had to replace our floors twice because of overflowing sewers. Scott was terrific when he used the camera to look in the sewers and explain what we were looking at. Scott is having the other team come back to wet jet towards the street and revise what they wet jetted towards the house. I am not sure why both sides weren't done to begin with. We are still in the middle of this process. It is a little inconvenient to have to have them come out twice for they could have done once.

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

We needed our master bath shower faucet fixed. My husband is handy, but sometimes you have to let the professionals do it to inhibit creating more damage. I was able to get same day service, and pleased that there wasn’t attempts to up-sell or sell unnecessary things. The issue that I called for was the issue that was addressed. We were given advice regarding other plumbing matters that was appreciated. We will use this plumbing company for all future plumbing issues.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
