We had a plumber, Randy, come out to diagnose an issue we were having with our sewer drainage.

I was really impressed with the whole experience. I got a reminder text the day before the appointment, and then another text when Randy was on his way, including his picture for identification.

When Randy arrived, exactly on schedule, he was very professional. He observed Covid precautions throughout the appointment. His diagnosis process for our problem was straightforward and understandable.

Based on what he saw he gave several options for addressing the issue including potential short term and long term solutions. He gave easy to understand estimates for the different services available. I didn't feel unduly pressured to do something expensive on the spot. He also gave some good general advice about plumbing in general that I appreciated (e.g., which off the shelf products work for which types of problems).

I'll be calling Mr. Rooter again for future plumbing needs. Randy made a really good impression.

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Petree came out when they said they would and fixed the problem. They are reasonable and courteous.

Plumbing Doctors was professional, prompt and reasonably priced for our tank-less water heater/ water softener installation. Our water heater went out on a Tuesday afternoon and after calling several companies for quotes and suggestions, Plumbing Doctors had the quickest response time as well as the most competitive price. The arrived at 8:00am the next morning and assessed the situation. Once we were given a couple of different options, we decided to go the tank-less route. The technician, Dan, was very informative and customer service oriented. We are very happy with our experience, and would feel comfortable recommending them to our family and friends.

I have had multiple plumbing repairs completed by P&K Plumbing. There was such great service in every experience I actually introduced P&K to my employer and now the company uses them respectfully for any and all plumbing issues. Danny and Sam are respectful and always professional and it’s nice to see that the owners themselves care so much.

Excellent! I can't say enough positive things about Michael and his team. They were kind, explained everything to me, service was quicker than expected and I'll sleep much easier knowing our main and back-up sump pump will be reliable for years to come. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Had roof done 2019, leaked 3 times, then came out to put tar around where there was no flashing, gee sure it's gonna leak, would NOT recommend, it wasn't done right, have to have flashing........extremely upset,
