Lets start off by saying I own real estate and I am also a general contractor. These guys are the truth they came and used the commercial hydro jetter to remove a piece of backer board from the 4 inch drain pipe that was 40 ft inside of the drain. Most other plumbing companies don't even own a commercial hydro jetter. Not only did they give me a competitive price but they came next day and also removed the stone. These are the only guys I would recommend for any serious plumbing issue. I have them on speed dial from here on out. Thanks for the price match and also being punctual. I couldn't find better guys in 12 years of this business. They are truely a must hire!!!

Very friendly and professional and are on time but way overpriced in plumbing repairs and sewer line replacement. Had another plumbing company come out and unclog our line and charged us half what fite did and they gave us an estimate for sewer line replacement that was $1,500 cheaper than fites estimate plus they offered us a lifetime warranty where fite only offers 10 year warranty. After getting estimates from other companies, my wife and I felt fite was taking advantage of us. Sorry but will be going with this other company from now on. One last thing, the technician kyle took our check valve off from underneath the basement shower drain and said that we didnt need that and now when we run our clothes washer the shower fills up with water and leaves particles all over the shower floor. Because we found out from another plumber that the purpose of the check valve is to prevent the washer from back flowing into the shower.
