In over 20 years of being a homeowner, I have never had such a great experience with a heating and cooling company. The technician was extremely thorough in all that he did to service our air conditioning unit and explained everything that he was doing. And he did an air quality test which I didn’t even know was a service that was provided. Our system is basically in good shape, but there are things that we can do to make it better. Can’t wait to start that process. Thank you, Williams Comfort Air!!!

The technicians were highly knowledgeable and professional. They were right on time and were very helpful. They did not try to up sell us or talk us into unnecessary services. They are top notch! We will most certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We had a small problem with our softener. Not only did Zach fix that but also checked our hot water heater, changed the filter for the humidifier and suggested a few other things to consider. All at no extra cost. Will surely use him again when required

Michael, the owner, came out in June and did some repairs on the septic. He was very nice at the time and told me to contact him with any issues or if the repair didn't fix the problem. After a dry summer, the issues didn't show till late fall. I called multiple times to tell him the repair didnt work. He never returned my call. The receptionist said she gave him 3 or 4 messages to call me and he wasn't responding so she gave me a number to call another company. The issue is I think the current problem is due to the June repair. Now I have to start over with someone else...

FYI: No parts sales to general public.

I bought a house and a condition of the sale was to have the house connected to city sewage. The seller and Wilson Septic came to an agreement. I would have been more meticulous with the details but there are some things that should be common sense. For example, it makes NO SENSE for a company to agree to cut out a section of a driveway required to get to the garage and NOT replace the concrete. It doesn't make sense to take out a fence and NOT put it back. It doesn't make sense for a company to leave its trash in the pile of dirt in a yard the company knows children will be playing in. These are just a few of the things.

One of the Wilson brothers visited the house before work began. I discussed with him the concrete driveway issue and he agreed the concrete should be taken care of and it was. For that reason ALONE I have them over a month to make things right. 2 stars. They failed to do so.

I am indescribably disappointed in the work provided. Currently I have a giant mound consisting of white rock Wilson brought in (no, it wasn't there before), trash, bricks, concrete chunks Wilson broke apart, and old septic piping. My fence was not just taken down but was destroyed by Wilson Septic Service and hasn't been put back up. Concrete blocks lay strewn in my yard where the Bobcat operator repeatedly drove up and down the edge of my driveway damaging the concrete. Their concrete truck damaged the asphalt section of my driveway and despite one employee on site stating it would be cut and replaced it still remains damaged. I had to clean up multiple oil leaks from the company's vehicles.

The work was performed in June. The last time I spoke with an employee of Wilson as on 15 June when the aforementioned assurance on the asphalt was discussed. I have called multiple times, left messages, and no one...absolutely NO ONE, has returned my calls.

I've read some reviews on here and I'm happy for those with positive experiences. I have no personal knowledge or experience in how they are at pumping septic tanks or regularly scheduled maintenance. But for the job they were hired to do here, the experience was beyond unacceptable and by far I would not recommend them. I would, in fact, highly discourage anyone from contacting their services.
