He is professional, responsive, personable, kind and caring, and very customer oriented. He also did a thorough job assessing the situation and making recommendations. Great people to deal with. Not sure why they got any negative reviews, my dealings with them were all positive. Returned my call after leaving a message with them, and they arrived the next business day when they said they would, and charged exactly what they quoted ($220 to pump out my standard 1000 gallon septic tank). Would definitely recommend, and use again.
