Best Your Air Conditioner Unit in Houston TX

I can't attest to the actual service of this company as the guy didn't even get out of his truck. He said the neighborhood didn't feel safe. There are beautiful homes on this street. Kids play in the yards, people walk their dogs, hang out on their porches. Nice cars in driveways. And when I called the dispatcher, she got an attitude with me about the driver, saying well, she's not in the truck and can't make him do anything. I don't know if they only service River Oaks and gated communities, but they should not have accepted the call. Just the attitude of the person I spoke with was enough to write this review.

The technician Matthew was very helpful, and knowledgeable. The services that I have received have all been top notch.

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
