CenterPoint came, shut off my gas and told me to find a plumber. I had no idea how I should work it out so I just googled and found Halo. I called and Loren picked the phone. He was very patient and explained every step on how this will be handled and resolved. Karen tried her best to find a nearest time slot for their tech to come. So the next morning Jair and Chris came and they quickly fixed the leak using a smart way without taking down the wall sheet! They scheduled the city inspection the next day for me and ensure that I can get a green tag. Now I got my gas back on Thursday!I am so impressed by how professional and technically competent their tech are and how organized they manage the work! They did everything they promised.
