As this happened all around Thanksgiving, needless to say, I am beyond thankful for the entire team at Roto-Rooter - both at and behind the scene. M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

I just looked at this review today. I called the guy up since everyone had positive things to say about him. Master Plumber and owner of the company came out. He looked at my problem and right away knew what he needed to do. He took the time to explain and went to work. He told me that he might have to make a mess inside the office because it looked like it was too clogged up. I told him I couldn't have that because we see patients everyday. He said he would have to look at the man hole and see where our pipe was and if he could do it. Right away he took his machine out and started working outside in a filthy man hole full of roaches. The guy did it. Our pipes were so clogged up, I really didn't think we were going to get it fixed without tearing this place apart. But he did it. Very professional, courteaus and willing to explain the entire process. Thanks for a job well done.

We had major water damage and very last minute. These guys came asap. I cannot stress how amazing they were! Fixed all repairs and even more that popped up. They took their time plus were patient. Price was fair and affordable. They truly helped when we needed it! Highly recommend!

I recently used Pedro with Major League Plumbing. He came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I had really good experience.My water heater went out days before a 40-degree cold snap in Houston. I contacted him, and he made time in his schedule to come out same day. He was very communicative, giving me text updates as his schedule and ETA adjusted.He came out, assessed the problem, and made the needed repair to get the water heater back online.He was respectful of my home while here. He made sure his shoes were clean before entering, and he didn't leave any mess after completing the job.Price was very fair, and I did not walk away feeling gouged like you sometimes can when using one of the bigger, well-marketed plumbing companies in Houston.I’ll be using Major League Plumbing again.
