WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!, HAD A SERVICE CALL SCHEDULED, FOR TUESDAY, BETWEEN 8-12, RECEIVED A CALL AT 11:30, WERE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE, BE THERE AROUND 1 PM, NO SHOW NO CALL, AT 1 PM. WE HAD TO CALL, CALLED AT 5PM WHAT HAPPEN WITH THE SERVICE CALL, WE WILL BE THERE AT 5:30pm, NO CALL NO SHOW, AT 5:30PM,TRUCK ARRIVES AT 6:15PM. THE BIO OF THE TECHNICIAN WAS WRONG DID NOT MATCH WHAT WAS SENT TO OUR E-MAIL. WE TOOK OFF OF WORK TO HAVE THIS WORK DONE, SPENT ALL DAY WAITING. TECHNICIAN SAID HE JUST RECEIVED THE WORK ORDER AND CALL FROM HIS DISPATCHER. DISPATCHER MR. FERNANDEZ , DID NOT EVEN CALL FOR EXPLANATION, JUST LEFT IT IN THE HANDS OF THE POOR TECHNICIANS. I QUESS ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS MUST BE FROM FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

Service was requested from 8-10. Received a call at ~9a explaining that RR was running behind. Not a problem. Service technician - Robert #1670 - arrived around 11:00. He surveyed the issue, identified the problem, and went to work. He was personable and efficient.

I have contracted Got Flow Plumbing & AC Services on two separate occasions because my first experience was more than extraordinary. Exceptional attention to customer service and very knowledgeable staff who provided detailed information in regard to my needed services. All work was conducted in a timely manner. I will gladly reach out to Got Flow Plumbing & AC Services for all future residential projects.

They were great and very responsive. They DID NOT charge me an arm and a leg for a pseudo emergency call!!! I would definitely use them again!!!

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind.
