You can also talk to the petsmart employee who was helping a customer to their car who saw it all. Very disappointing an owner would lie.This man decided he was not going to pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting the lady in the picture then opened his door to start shouting at the pedestrians to use a different area to cross as well as calling people obscene names and telling them to go back to their country very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this sees what kind of employees they have at this company. Many other places with professional employees to choose from.

I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?‍♀️

Very professional, my line got clogged on Thanksgiving. Within an Hr Wes was out here and got it fixed in no time... Highly recommended...

Blake was very respectful and courteous. Made sure that I was aware of each step that had to be taken to fix my issue. Kept the floor protected and all trash picked up. Very considerate person. Answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with the repair that he did.

Great company, great guys. Contacted them online Sunday afternoon, not expecting to hear back until Monday morning at the very soonest. Heard back Sunday evening, them saying they could be by Monday between 11-1, so said yes. Heard from Isaias Monday morning that he was on his way, and he showed up a little after 11. Showed him the problem and he clearly explained the most likely issue (AC drain line clogged where it connects to a bathroom drain line) and what would be needed to fix. It meant crawling around up in attic to clear the line from there and then some clearing in the bathroom itself. He was kind enough to have a check at a completely unrelated sink problem. An hour later all was well. And he provided useful tips on things I can do to help prevent future problems.The regular plumber I had been using the for past 15 years finally got around to a well deserved retirement. It's never fun having to try and find another company that a homeowner is comfortable with and feels they can trust, but I think I got lucky and found Isaias and the other guys at Acosta Plumbing. They will be my go to team in the future.

Fast, friendly, affordable. Ken came out on a Sunday after church and fixed our broken hose pipe for the amount he quoted over the phone and in the time frame he estimated. He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
