Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. We had JMP come out and they said it would be $15,000.00 without listening to my husband explaining to them what he felt the problem was. Micah and Curtis told us what they thought the problem was and it was the same thing my husband was telling John MP. Before we knew it our problem was taken care of and it cost less them $250.00. UPDATED- Mission reached out to me and was very friendly and professional. They were open to different resolutions to my issue. I appreciate David for taking the time to reach out. This company does care and as I said before their techs are very good at what they do. Only reason I didnt bump it all the way to 5 stars is because they are on the expensive side. Thanks again!Technician was super friendly and arrived on time, however I was misled by what the repair was. I was told it was a motor assist repair. I had never heard of this before and to my own fault I didnt really question what it was. I gave the go ahead and $640 later all that was replaced was the capacitor which I could have done myself for like $25. Why not just tell me the capacitor needs to be replaced instead of motor assist repair? Immediately regret hiring them. Even if I knew it was a capacitor replacement and wanted it professionally done there is no way it should be more than $200 tops for a 15 minute job. The pricing isnt the fault of the tech who was knowledgeable and friendly but the company's prices itself are insane. Will be reaching out to the BBB for some kind of resolution. This must be what a robbery feels like.
