Checked for a gas leak. Even though one was not found he thoroughly explained what it maybe and give advice on what to do covering many scenarios. After replacing the faucet, he give additional information regarding maintenance and part replacements. He honestly answered all my questions about any future replacement and about the quality of the faucets.

So I called Sun Coast, and I described the issue over the phone, they gave me a rough estimate over the phone and were out an hour or two later. They ended up resolving all of the issues, and charged me the estimate they gave me. Very pleased with the service quality, price, availability/turn around time, and pricing transparency.
