Can’t speak to quality. Service man was young yet professional. Have a pinhole leak in a 3/4” copper pipe. I was charged $70 for man to show and TQP wanted to waive the $70 if I let them make the repair - for nearly $500! 500 for a dab of solder, really?! I have spent $70 to be able to never call again. Robbery, Inc.Well I don’t know how to answer to your reply to my review other than to update my review. No Richard Dilley is the name and you have only to track the $70 you took to do nothing. BTW, called on one of your compeditors who came right out, told me that a soler job would not fix the problem. For $340 they cut out a section of pipe where the pin hole leak was and installed a section of Pex (spelling?). The young man you sent out, I feel, was not very experienced nor very well trained. If you want to refund that $70, you charged me to send out an untrained novice, I will not mind a bit.

I'm so glad I called Houston Plumbing Service. After bad service with another plumbing company I noticed a leak in our backyard. I searched Google for a local company with good reviews. I used their online service request form and they called to see how they could help. We we're able to get a quote with options by sharing some photos of the leak virtually. It wasn't an emergency to me but they were able to fit us in sooner than I expected. In less than two hours they removed an old water softener and patched the pipe. They even wrapped it and installed an extra emergency shut off for me. They wore ppe and followed covid protocols which was important for me. Their customer service is better than I've ever experienced, very friendly and comforting. All my service options were reasonably priced, less than I expected. I will definitely be using their services in the future and I wish all repair companies followed their standard of service. They are really the best.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

My technician Brandon was super pleasant, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. My overall experience was AMAZING with the company as a whole. The ladies in the office Natalie and Amy were great as well. I will be placing Pickett on my contact list. I won’t be utilizing another business for my home repair needs.

Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

We originally called AAA plumbers but they wouldn't talk to us until a credit card number was offered. I called Premier mid-day. The next am Chris (not the owner) arrived on time. The job turned into a nightmare due to multiple tree roots. They were wrapped up by 3 pm, which included a break for lunch. I'm glad to have water again to our home.
