Ethan show me the operation of the blower and he found the drainage line was blocked. ARS did not point that out to me. ARS also did not tell me the unit still had warranty and if there was any motors available.Ethan let me know in a few minutes and not 2 days later!I was very satisfied with Ethan.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!
