Best Lift Station Installation And Repair in Houston TX

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA.UPDATE:Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional.Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.

Matt is your go to guy. We needed inspection work done and he was able to clear permit for us in less than one day. Even helped us reposition a pipe with no extra charge, highly recommend their services.

Our sink was not draining & beyond our skill set to unclog. We’ve lived here 32+ years & knew we needed professional help this time. The plumber showed up a few minutes after 8:00 A.M., identified the problem & worked until it was working. He was efficient, polite & left me NO MESS TO CLEAN UP!!! (We’ve had other plumbers before that left a horrible mess, THAT MATTERS!!)I highly recommend Got Flow! Reasonable cost, efficient & as polite as you wish everyone could be.

I recently used Pedro with Major League Plumbing. He came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I had really good experience.My water heater went out days before a 40-degree cold snap in Houston. I contacted him, and he made time in his schedule to come out same day. He was very communicative, giving me text updates as his schedule and ETA adjusted.He came out, assessed the problem, and made the needed repair to get the water heater back online.He was respectful of my home while here. He made sure his shoes were clean before entering, and he didn't leave any mess after completing the job.Price was very fair, and I did not walk away feeling gouged like you sometimes can when using one of the bigger, well-marketed plumbing companies in Houston.I’ll be using Major League Plumbing again.

We originally called AAA plumbers but they wouldn't talk to us until a credit card number was offered. I called Premier mid-day. The next am Chris (not the owner) arrived on time. The job turned into a nightmare due to multiple tree roots. They were wrapped up by 3 pm, which included a break for lunch. I'm glad to have water again to our home.
