Best Including Tankless in Houston TX

Great customer service!

We had a clogged drain in the same spot for the second time in 3 years. Texas quality plumbing fixed the problem for us for $190 a few years ago. Since the price was reasonable and they were able to complete the first time, I decided to give them the business again. Same fix this time and they charged us $385...hard to believe that they can do business like this in a tough Houston economy. Important to note that they fixed our clogged drain but I'll be doing business with another company next time.

Eric is AMAZING! He installed 2 toilets a few months ago and today he installed a NEW kitchen sink faucet and fixed the motor for our disposal.Such terrific service. Safe, fast, reliable and transparent service. A MILLION thumbs up!

I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

Troy did a great job, was personal and engaging. He knows his stuff and represented Abacus very well!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Ben with Synergy Plumbing was extremely responsive when we had a hot water heater go out. Do to the location of the heater he suggested a tankless unit and we are not sorry.He also is handling the annual filtration of the tankless unit.Two weeks later we had our second water heater and he came out right away to replace that one also.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. A man kept picking up and hanging up before I could get a word out and when I called the 3rd time the same person picked up and said I don’t have anyone right now call somebody else and HUNG UP!! I wasn’t even calling for a same day service. That was ridiculously rude.
