Eric replaced the toilet on the 3rd floor of my townhome, and was patient and understanding and didn't complain once about climbing up and down the stairs. I really appreciate his professionalism, and commitment to doing a good job. He cleaned the area afterwards, and gave me instructions going forward. This company is VERY unprofessional!!! Emergency call that was scheduled. They couldn't find the store in the Galleria Houston so the tech just left!!! Called the owner to tell her the store manager would meet her tech wherever he was and she just hung up on us!!!

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

During Houston’s frigid, freezing spell in February 2021, I had a pipe which burst in the wooden ceiling of my outdoor patio. Even though I was at least a decade long member of Abacus, they would not return my calls and stopped taking calls entirely. Shawn Hampton, a master plumber, was recommended by numerous neighbors posting on Nextdoor and he answered my call.I can wax poetic about Shawn and recommend him enthusiastically and highly.
