I'm a repeat customer and had service again yesterday. Luis and Gilbert were efficient and explained the issue clearly. Also, they put my mind at ease about what I thought may have been a bigger issue.14 Feb 2020 - I just had another great experience with Nick's Plumbing. Today, service was provided by mainly William Blankenship and also a gentleman named Jorge. They replaced my water heater as it had reached end-of-life and caused my electric bill to skyrocket. William exceeded my expectations as he agreed to be on a conference call with my warranty company in order to ensure I was able to file a claim to be reimbursed for at least some of the costs associated with having a new water heater installed.

Shawn did an amazing job. He was very professional and recommended only what we felt was necessary. He was very thorough and prompt.

Eric Devaughn came to check my A/C unit today & did an excellent job. He checked the outside unit & the attic unit. He answered all my questions & gave me maintenance ideas. He was a joy to work with. Abacus is a great company & if I have any complaints it would be that getting a service request takes entirely way too long & I am a Abacus member. Not happy about that at all & it has happened before.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
