Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 7/17/14I had a great experience using Roto-Rooter. I had a clogged bathroom sink, and my plumber came a few hours after I called. As a first-time homeowner, I really appreciated Hidajet explaining everything that he was doing and how the plumbing system worked. He even pointed out other issues with my house, including the AC, and he told me who I needed to call! Great plumbing service in Houston!

Master valve (copper line) was leaking and Brad's Plumbing responded quickly, professionally, and ensured their work was completed correctly. The technicians, Justin and Tucker, were extremely personable and had positive attitudes. I highly recommend Brad's plumbing!

The worst company at scheduling. Called them on a Saturday because my garage outlet was not working. They put me on the schedule for the following Tuesday. I had requested an early appointment windows since I had several items plugged into the garage outlet. Called again on Tuesday morning since I had not heard from them yet to confirm my appointment window. They confirmed that I was still on the route for that day. Later in the afternoon, their dispatch called me again saying they had to push my appointment to Friday, because they were running late. Totally unacceptable. I would had called someone else original on Saturday had I known it would have taken until Friday. The dispatcher that called was totally unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone.

With each ing situation that I encounteredit was an emergency situation, they are also so professional, were there to fix the problem immediately. You can feel more than confident when you use their services.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind.
