I wasn't going to write a review until I received an entent to lien letter from this company. They want me to pay the remaining balance on a job never finished and on a job that was done wrong. I paid them 1,100.00 (1/2 down) to install a shower. The entire process was a train wreck. Apparently none of the department communicate with one another because every phone call was ended with umm, let me call them and I will call you back. The first day of install (3 days later than what we were originally told) the guy arrived at 9 and left at 2. The second day he couldn't figure out how to install the bottom unit of the shower, so they tore out half the dryway and cut up beams in the wall to install half the shower incorrectly. He came out of the restroom at 6pm, said I'm done with this packed up his stuff and then left. I ended up having another company come in. They had to take everything thing back out, and reinstall. They had to take everything out because the way it was installed it never would have drained and it was set against the walls crooked. I think if anyone has a right to money it would be me. After having a terrible and failed experience with Lowe’s and not having a working kitchen sink for two weeks, I finally called Got Flow to get my kitchen faucet installed. After being put off by Lowe’s multiple times, Got Flow was able to get me in same day! Michael was our technician and he was amazing! At first we weren’t going to do the job because we couldn’t afford it but he made an effort to contact his boss to work on the price for us. We were able to come to an agreement and he got the job done no hassles! I 100% recommend Got Flow to anyone! They were so awesome!

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!
