I've used TDT Plumbing previously so I called them when I developed a water leak on one of my outdoor pipes. Left a message for them and received a prompt response. The technician, Julio Luis, was able to come out and fix the problem immediately. Same day service. I also had him come out the next day and upgrade a pipe. Same great service. Received a follow up phone call from the office. If you are in need a good reliable, prompt and friendly plumbing company, I highly recommend them.

Got an estimate for adding a washer/dryer lines (hot/cold/drain). The people were nice enough.Originally I wanted this in a spot in my closet. I got a not nice plumber to come by from a different company, who told me that the drain was not big enough, and that it would cost me $11,000 at minimum. So, I changed to directly behind a bathroom with the pipes right there and a larger than necessary drain, and called Pickett plumbing.Without telling them I changed spots, they gave me a charge me $10,600 if I paid them $100 to be part of their members plan. Then told me my water heater was too old and needed to be replaced as well (it’s fine). Tell me that wasn’t some kind of rip-off. I called a different plumber who charged me Less than half that and laughed at the ridiculous charge. I even got the drywall holes fixed for that. He checked the water heater said there was no problem with it, so why would I pay for a new one? So at least they’re nice, just dishonest.

We needed a plumber ASAP in the Bellaire area. I called Perot Plumbing and Chris answered the phone and was at our location within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and kind. He fixed us all up and it only took a few minutes since he had the parts needed on hand. I would call Chris for any plumbing needs. As well as recommend Perot Plumbing to anyone.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! This company responded to my home warranty claim. Plumber was annoyed with my issue immediately upon seeing it. He said it was not an easy fix and he would have to call my warranty company about it. He took pictures and went to his van to call the company. He came back after l 30 minutes and said he could not wait for a response from the warranty company and had to go. I had a broken pipe and faucet with a hose stuck on it I asked him to fix the faucet even if he couldn't repair the pipe as it was covered by my home warranty. He couldn't fix the issue and said it was broken. He told me it was a cheap part and I could just go get one for $7. So nothing was done and I had to pay the $75 service charge even though he never got a response from my warranty company about whether or not it was covered. I was so insulted by his attitude as he clearly seemed put out by my issue and the fact he might actually have to do something for my home warranty service call. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind.10/10 would recommend anyone to them!
