There is a lot of AC repair services in Houston, but there is no a lot of them whit 24 hr service, this people save me from summer few months ago, i really recommend.

I was told that I needed a new water heater during my first visit but a different report was given to my home warranty company . The person that came out for the repair was very unfriendly and was visibly unhappy when I asked him to wear shoe covers not only his first visit but again during his rainy second visit. I was in a bed room when I turned and he was suddenly there saying that he needed to turn on the water to drain the line. That would have been fine had he ask to come into the room. I could have been undressed or who knows. His attitude was not polite at all and I couldn’t wait to get him out of my house.

I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
