The service technician was fantastic and did a fantastic job. He even noticed that our hot water tank was still under warranty so we saved money on buying a new one. It did take the company way too long to get us someone, almost two days. If it hadn’t taken so long it would definitely have been a full five star review.

I needed a tub handle replaced and it was under Choice Home Warranty, this was the company they used. Well, Mike the plumber told them it did not break due to wear and tear, so why else would it break??? The Choice warranty therefore did not cover repairs. They mailed me a plastic handle for me to replace. So I called Mike to please come and replace it since he collected the copay of $85. He did not have time and told me not to contact him again. Is that professional? I do not think so Mike, it was a simple job for you, I tried and it did not fit. Apparently there was something else wrong with it, but I guess Mike did not notice that. So choose someone else for your needs, like Rath Plumbing.

Will and Chris were excellent. They were professional, very pleasant and knew what they were doing. They even went to Home Depot to buy a part they didn't have and paid for it. I was very happy with their service. If you ever have any questions or issues, Chris would be the person to call. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Will was also very good and a hard worker.

Horrible company, they don't appreciate their employees and they hire people who don't know what they are doing in order to save on payroll. The few people that do work hard they take advantage and then throw them aside when they are thru with them. This is a trash company, they have no integrity and i would not trust their work. Do not hire this company if you want the job done right!!! The new management team is pure trash and don't know how to manage this company efficiently. Find service somewhere else

Dealt with Alex. Came out to do a job on some Apt units of mine. Was there when he said he would. finished when he said he would. And instead of waiting next day for inspections he did it all in 1 day! Very professional and a good guy all around. Price was very competitive for the quality of work delivered.

Early Monday Vossler messed up my kitchen, didn't repair a thing, with a commitment they would be back the next day, but now it's Thurs night and they are completely no responsive.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
