Noticed that my pilot was out on old water heater. Got new thermocouple from hardware store. Pilot then lit, but still wouldn't ignite burner. Called many plumbers and did lots of price shopping. Called Pickett and their price, for full water heater installed, was half the price of their competitors. We also had rusted pipe elbows, and pipe nipples that needed replacing. Mark was professional, wise, and is a Jedi-plumber. He drained the old water heater, fixed the piping behind it, put in a new gas line, and installed the new, Bradford & White, water heater.
