She walked me through the process of submitting documentation so that an estimate could be provided that was easy for me to understand. Shayna was friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. On service day, Nate, our plumbing technician, arrived on time -- he was personable, professional and patient. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.
