Just my luck that a plumbing problem came up on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I contacted HPG Saturday night and within an hour Kimo scheduled me for a Monday time slot. Plumber Hank called 1st thing Monday morning to better understand the problem and to request photos. Hank asked all the right questions (and he used terms that I could understand) and he got back to me right away on the best path forward.

HPG worked around my schedule to find the best date/time (and earliest!) to do the work. The crew helped us to unload the new toilets, they showed up at the house promptly, and they did a great job. They were very careful to observe COVID restrictions, social distancing and wearing masks the whole time. They consulted me on all critical repair/replace decisions. They communicated with me very clearly about the features that were important to me in selecting new fixtures, even repeating my words back to me to avoid mixups. They kept me in the loop on progress, and had a more than reasonable final invoice. They were very knowledgeable and good at fixing things. They even vacuumed up the area!

HPG was very polite, prompt, and professional. I will be calling them to handle all my future plumbing work as well as referring all my friends and family there.

It was amazing to have people come work on my project early on a Saturday morning, very convenient. Everything went smoothly, the work was done well and the cleanup was great.

I sent a request for some works in my house.Recived e mail mentioning someone will respond within 24 hours. 72 hours later I sent a reminder. Another response came saying the same thing. Another email Received promoting some military experience and nonsense.
It was terrible service and responses. How can people trust them when they can't even give service.
Until this moment None of them call regards my e emails. I am very disappointed. I will ask people to don't trap in to their puplicity........

Hired this company for a drain scope inspection. The first appointment we set up was a no-show, then the inspector was several hours late to the second appointment, so we were not able to be present for the scoping because of needing to get back to work, and not being sure of when he would show up. This first inspection returned a bare-bones report without photos or video of his findings that contained inaccurate information. The company owner finally sent out a third plumber from the same company to re-scope with photos and video as should have been done the first time, but we still had to chase down the video with several more calls and emails. Receptionist was also rude in our calls to address the issues we had. We received zero discounts or apologies for our time waiting and missed work, nor for the attitude of the inspectors. Hope we never have the misfortune of having to interact with this company again, would not recommend to anyone.

Went to Home Depot on Alakawa St. three separate times to shop for replacement windows ad doors. Average wait time was 30-45 minutes to have someone help us. We left each time. Wait, it gets better! On the fourth visit someone helped us within 10 min. After spending over an hour selecting almost $2000.00 in windows/doors, we were told before we place the order an installer would have to come to our house to get exact measurements. Makes sense. We had to pay for the service which is understandable. We paid over a hundred dollars using our credit card and were told someone would call to set up the appointment. A week later, no call. We called them. Another two days. No call back.
