Louis showed up today to assessment my sewer lines. He was prompt, professional and was able to make an assessment within an half an hour.
we always had positive service from Pueo Plumbing.

They was supposed to be at a scheduled place at 7am in the morning 2 hrs later after many calls and text to after hour tech name lane finally answered phone call and told that he can't make it out. No phone calls was made or attempted to make a call back from lane. He could not even text back why he couldn't make it out. Very bad customer service. They even charging for checking out parts that needed. Crazy they shouldn't even charge for that.

Obviously not used to working in inhabited residences. No dust barriers used. Did not vacuum when finished for the day. Dust everywhere!

Returning customer, I was very satisfied with a previous plumbing job so I went with Steve's to install a gas stove. Steve's Plumbing arrived promptly and finished the job quickly. Kristopher was very professional, got our new stove installed correctly and hauled away the old one. Would work with Steve's Plumbing again .

Brison replaced A/C chiller valves at my condo unit. They were high on the list of plumbers the HOA recommended for this type of work. A little bit of research on the Internet shows them to be highly recommended. I will certainly call them for any future plumbing issues I may have.

The absolute worst schedule with any othe rcompany beside them.

We bought a new unit at the Central Ala Moana and after a year living here, one of our AC units started leaking water from the bottom middle portion. We hired an AC tech from another company to take a look. Turns out the insulation around the pipes were taped to the pipe every 6 inches or so when they are supposed to be glued to the pipes to remove air pockets which leads to building of condensation and eventually pools water between the pipe and the insulation. Now I got yellow stains on my walls. If you cannot get the job right, dont do the job!!!
