Best Sewage Line Repair in Honolulu HI

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

First the positive, I called A-1 Budget plumbing and I was able to get a next day appointment. Plumber arrived on time. They fixed what I asked for, plus a small extra request. The fill valve on my toilet was replaced.The negative, I asked the plumber when he finished the job for a receipt or invoice for the work. He said he would email it. I gave my email address. I called their office later that day to ask about getting a receipt for the work, since the plumber hadn't emailed me. They promised they would email me right away. Waited a few days, nothing. Called office again today, left email address. I was told their accounting department will email me.Plumber left trash on curb outside my restaurant after finishing the job. I was charged over $600 to fix two leaking sinks, a handwashing sink and a three compartment sink. He had to leave the jobsite to buy more parts. I think they billed me for the time he spent driving to the parts store. I've been messaged twice to write a review. So here's my review, I wouldn't use A-1 Budget plumbing again or recommend them to others. No transparency, in billing.

Sorry. Had to give them 1 star. They tried to upsell me, telling me my homeowners insurance would pay for it. I'm not filing a claim for a clogged drain that overflowed alittle. Then, they tried to tell me they have a set fee of $420. I said NO WAY. Called another company and only paid $160 for less than 1 hours work. Gauging!
