Jesse Mitchell, the plumber in charge, was very professional, reliable and worked efficiently with Myron Yamashiro from HI Restoration Service to save me time, money, and reduce stress! In fact the entire team including Josh, Reuben, Cody, Keoki Jr., Jan, Kahela... were all friendly, accommodating, and provided top-notch customer service! The whole team saved me a lot of time and money, and reduced headaches during this stressful emergency. Reliable, honest, dependable, and friendly team! Highly recommended company!

Handy Andy did a great job putting in a shower seat and rail and glass panel for my bathroom. They are great to military! They got exactly what I wanted and put it together perfectly making my life much easier. The service was refreshing and the aloha was real.

Called to schedule an appointment to repair water heater, waited the four hour duration that I was scheduled for and had to call several times to check ETA of technician. I was told he was running behind schedule. Technician came an hour later after the four hour window thus the rating of only 4 stars but Tina the dispatcher was very helpful in keeping me notified. Johnny showed up, informed me of the situation and gave me my options. After confirming the job, Johnny had to call in a second technician Matt for assistance and within about 4 hours they had purchased new heater removed old and installed the new one, restoring hot water to the entire home. Roto Rooter has once again saved the day and sent out capable friendly hard working technicians. Thanks Johnny and Matt for working into the night! Great service! And yes, I would definitely call Roto Rooter again!
