I recently called 535 Plumbing for three separate plumbing problems at my house. Each time I called 535 Plumbing, Shane answered the phone immediately or returned my calls as soon as he could. He handled each request promptly and sent plumbers to the house as soon as he could schedule them to come. Whether it was a small job replacing a leaky faucet or a big job cutting open walls and ceilings to find leaks and replace pipes - big or small - every job was treated as priority. If I had any concerns or requests, Shane went out of his way to take care of them. It is evident that he puts the customer first. Thank you Shane!
Shane's working crew is equally impressive. Brandon, Rich and Chad worked on my house. They were honest, very professional and knowledgeable, and so polite. Every job was done with quality and excellence. They also did a great job cleaning up after they finished their work.

Called up Performance Plumbing and spoke with Shayna about all of our school plumbing needs. Such amazing and friendly people to work with. Blane and his crew are very fast and clean on all repairs/installs they do. We will be continuing to use Performance Plumbing for all of our needs.

Robert was very thorough and explained in detail the cause of the leaks. He took the time to provide basic information on the function of specific parts and why it would be beneficial to repair them now, based on the knowledge of when my home was built. Robert is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He represented the company very well and I would definitely recommend Steve's Plumbing for my plumbing needs. It is for this reason I purchased the five-year maintainance contract. Also the receptionist Portia was patient with me and provided excellent customer service. Mahalo!

I would be very careful using this company. We have hired this company in the past and they were okay, it's been a while and recently October 23, 2018 we hired them and the bottom line we were charged for what we felt wasn't reasonable. The working told us that he was going down to his truck to get a part and never showed up till 30-40 minutes later. We later found out that he left our property to get the part and yes we were charge their travel time to get the part. I wrote to their CEO and never got a reply back as we asked, a reply would be appreciated. It would have been nice for them to let us consumers that we would be charge in this case. As of this date November 12, 2018 still no reply. A complaint will also be sent to the Better Business Bureau.

Great service friendly and efficient..

I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.

Wow, very disappointed with Kaamaina Plumbing. I took the day off and plumber was scheduled for 8 to 10 am. He (Alan) never showed up. Office staff let phone RING off the hook, and I finally got through about 11. Very expensive estimate and very disorganized operation. Recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing support.
