This morning Super Bowl Sunday at around 7:30 am my wife told me we have a clogged toilet and plunging did not clear it. What made things worst is that the other two toilets in the house all shared the same line as the clogged toilet, so you can’t use them because the clogged one would overflow.I called Steve’s Plumbing and was setup for a technician to show up between 11 am - 3 pm.I received a courtesy call at 11:12 am saying the assigned technician is wrapping up his current assignment and will be heading my way in the next 30 mins. Additionally, a link is sent to you phone with the technicians photo and a short bio.The technician (Aaron) arrived at noon, I gave a quick synopsis of the situation and he took a look at the situation then explained what he was going to do and upon approval he went to work. He used a camera to check the drain lines from two separate external drain entry points and determined the line was cleared. We tried to flush the toilet but it was still plugged. He then used a hand snake but that didn’t clear it, so the toilet had to be removed.Aaron did quick work removing the toilet, snaking the line, clearing the clog, re-install the toilet with a new seal, and check for leaks.The entire job (survey, hand snake, toilet removal, snake, reinstall and check for leaks) was completed in under two hours. Aaron was very professional in all aspects of the job, very courteous technician.

We are very pleased with the work that Eco Clean performed at our 2 bedroom apt. We had a leak that came from our neighbor upstairs and damaged our ceiling which happened to have asbestos in it . We call these guys and couldn’t be happier we did . Andre Souza project manager from Eco clean came and helped us to get a Pod and a place to stay working with our insurance to be able to get the asbestos abatement done. Highly recommend these guys!

I was really happy to hire Steve Harla in fall of 2018 to work on several plumbing items on my Pearl City rental home that needed attention. Steve replaced the three toilets with new ones, all of the kitchen faucets in the 3 bathrooms and the the kitchen, installed a new dishwasher, connected a new refrigerator and then installed a new main water shut-of-valve for the entire house in a much more convenient location than the 33-year old water shut-of valve closer to the street. He's easy to work with, professional and gives very fair pricing. He also did a prompt emergency repair on a toilet tank leak at my mom's house which was much appreciated. I'll continue to use Steve for all of my big and small plumbing needs. Good guy.

We have used Handy Andy for numerous contracting jobs for the past 4 years, and in those 4 years I cannot say enough praise on the quality of work. They have done remarkable work on our condo and have been very responsive to our needs. There was only one issue that we had and the staff was able to correct it quickly and meet our timeline. We are leaving the island and one of the regrets is that we will have to find a new handy man to work with when we arrive at our new location. Mahalo Handy Andy, and Aloha!

I went with them because because they work with Home Depot and I have a rental property in Hawaii and needed a water heater replaced. From the beginning I stated numerous times I was going to put the work on my Home Depot credit card. They are horrible at gettin back with you. They never explained the process to me. I’m thinking since they are with Home Depot they are a good company. First they requested pictures so I sent them, never heard from them. Then, I emailed them about to see if they got the job started and I was told they were still waiting on the pictures I had sent 2 weeks ago. I resend the pictures and then she tells me that she found the 2 week old email but they need better pictures. I get them the better pictures and wait. Nothing from them! I email to see what the status is and I get told they are waiting on me to buy the water heater, which I was never told to do. I was thinking they are with HD so they will pick up the heater, do the job and send me a bill so I can pay with my HD card but no. I then buy the heater and tell them. Job was done correctly. Then I wait for the bill. No bill. I email them about the bill and I am told that they sent the bill to my property manager!!! I spoke to Alyssa in numerous times and I explained to her many times I was gonna pay with my HD card cause this was exactly what I didn’t want to happen. Alyssa then tell me that the property manager check it’s in their possession but they have not process it and that they won’t. So I give them my HD card so they can charge that. Everything seems fine but no!!! I email 4 days after to inquire to see if the charge went thru to the HD card and Alyssa tells me that it is still processing and when it does she will send me a receipt. Never happens. A week later I email her and she tell me the original check from the property manager was processed!!!! And they didn’t charge my HD card!!! I get no interest in my HD card. That’s why I wanted to do that instead of taking 900 dollars from my savings. Nobody can explain to me how all this happens. I have all the emails and all the communication with them and now I’m just being told that there is nothing they can do. I would avoid this company at all cost. The work was done correctly but the way they communicate it’s horrible and they do not have your best interest at heart. I’m also complaining to HD!! They bare some responsibility also and the property manager as well but after the job was done kamaaina demanded payment from the property manager so of course they paid but kamaaina knew I wanted this not to be charged to the property manager.
