Best Drain Solution in Honolulu HI
These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Harry (the very gracious owner) dispatched Osha and Alysa to our condo in less than an hour to fix a drainage problem. It was a complicated job because the drain flows from the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washer into a main line. They fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes in a very professional, courteous, and teamwork manner. We were so pleased and impressed by their knowledge and workmanship.
We had the same problem last year and it took one of those rotor named companies three trips to fix over the course of a full, painful week and cost us 3x as much. Our resident manager (who is very discerning about plumbers for good reason) was so happy that he asked for their business card. That alone was a 5 star compliment.
Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our experience and Kama Hele will be our go-to plumber forever, especially Osha and Alysa. Mahalo to both of them!

Steve's Plumbing did a great job by having someone come out a day earlier than expected, provided me with a quote for the repair and then proceeded to do the repair on the same day. Nalu was very professional and did a great job at replacing the isolation valve and pressure regulator along with some damaged piping and the old water box. He was also very neat and cleaned up everything before he left. I'm very happy with the repair.

They do good work. Response times can be spotty, but they usually follow through.

Obviously customer focused, the young man took care of our problem and explained everything along the way. I would definitely use their services again (but I hope I don't need too!)

Bidet not working. Called Brison’s Plumbing and they were able to come the same day and determined that the bidet was not working and was still under warranty. Contacted the vendor who sent another bidet. Contacted Brison’s again and they installed the day I contacted them. Very responsive.

We contacted Handy Andy for a dishwasher install that was complicated by a raised floor that prevented the old unit from being removed. We received a quote on time and Aaron was able to remove the plank flooring, install the new dishwasher, and fix a electrical outlet issue that was discovered during install.
We are so happy to have a functional dishwasher again and the floor looks like nothing happened. I’ll gladly work with Handy Andy again for household projects!

This is the only plumbing company The Home Depot contracts out for the windward side of the island.
The cost of installation that this company quoted us was more than the water heater! They informed us it would cost around $850!! to install the heater because of the existing system the home has. After calling many other plumbing companies and explaining the situation, they all informed us the same installation would cost at the most, $500. Took my business elsewhere to say the least.
