What a bummer. I called them because of the strong reviews on here, but my experience wasn't as good. I wish I could leave positive feedback. I called on a morning, they said they could arrive around 6-7pm that day. Made sure I was home from work by 6 to let them in. After I texted them at 7pm asking for confirmation they were still coming, I didn't hear anything until he called at 8pm saying he would be arriving at 9pm. At 8:50pm he texted that he was too tired and would be arriving in the morning between 9am-10. Fine, I understood and agreed to that. I arranged with my work that I would be arriving late. Next morning, I texted and then called and left a voicemail at 9:30am to confirm they were still coming. No response. I called again at 9:55am, and texted. No responses all day, still at this time at 8pm. I don't understand why no response or updates, but it wrecked my morning being late to work for nothing, thinking he was coming. I understand being too busy to take on more work, but I would have rather they told me they can't make it until another time that would work for them, rather then telling me twice they were coming, effecting my schedule, and then not show up or even respond to a call or text. Too bad. I can't recommend them.

I made an online appointment before business on 12/20. It wasn't urgent, so I let them pick their appt window. Christmas eve between 12-4. OK? I had thought with two full business days before then they could handle it, but still fine. My guests would be OK in that bathroom if done. They call me at 3pm Christmas eve to say that they had a big job and were going to reschedule. Well, I have a heart and gave the guy no worry. My guests weren't arriving until the 26th so it was fine if they came that morning. Great. Got an appointment for 8-10 I call at 8:30 because I hadn't heard from them and now my appt says 8-12. Oh, they'll call. I was just getting ready to call and cancel them at 10am when they drove up with no call. OK fine - go check it out. We had already done some trouble shooting and eliminated some possibilites on a shower with no hot water. The tech, who was very nice and professional, then tells me it will be 1000. Its laughable. Now my hubs is fairly handy and I was hoping to save him some trouble, but that is like 2 1/2 times what a rate should be for this problem. Then he had to stand there wasting 15 more minutes to write up quotes. I told him it wasn't necessary as we would never be using those overpriced services. He HAD TO write it up. Whatever, then to add insult the next day someone calls and some 'discounts' miraculously become available. Like the discount fairy had flown down over Mr. Plumber headquarters and all of a sudden made it an easier job? This is a sham. If you do use them, at least refuse the job initially and let them come back at you with a cheaper price, but I won't do business with people who rake you over the coals and then try to make it seem cheaper. Let alone people who can't show up with lots of liberty on time. I'm sure it was still grossly over priced. Dave Baker - my trust in your trusted people just flopped.
