Matt responded to my call very quickly and arrived at the time he said he would be at my house. He did great work at a reasonable price.

My most recent overall Estes customer experience has exceeded my expectations. My number reason for 4-stars instead of 5-stars is that on Saturday July 8th, 2023, one of your services techs came to my home with his pants much lower off his rear end than I felt represented a professional company. The young man was fine I just was not pleased with his presentation. Service was fine but very expensive. Replaced a $20 part on our hot water heater and was there less than 30 minutes and charged $225. Won’t use again.

Rohan saved the day by coming out and fixing our HVAC system in the middle of summer. He worked tirelessly until the job was finished and did a great job explaining what he fixed. We will now use him for our regular maintenance. Great service!

He was on time, considerate and extremely thorough. He also told us how to make sure our two unit’s function more efficiently. Excellent service.
