Best Storage Tank Installation in Atlanta GA

I had a technician come to give me an estimate on a clogged sink. I politely told him that I can have it done right now. He proceeds to ask questions like why not, what’s your budget, etc.Afterwards, I took the pipes apart and cleaned out the drain. I have not had an issue since. If I had listen to the technician, I would have paid about $800 for nothing.

The Mr. plumber team of 4 came on just one days notice to dig up and replace my sewer line from the house to the street. My sewer line was very old and was clay piping and had finally collapsed after about 80 years of use. The city sewer line was 15 feet deep at the street so the Mr. Plumber team had to dig down with a bulldozer and a backhoe to this depth. They took all safety precautions by inserting the metal bracing guard to prevent the hole from collapsing. They did an awesome job and worked hard from 8am to late in the afternoon annd even fixed my yard back so that I could replant grass seed.I know one plumber was named Seth but I did not get the names of the other 3.I give Mr. Plumber and this team 10 stars for their great work! Had called and talked to the manager Ramariz I think is what he said his name was on duty around 8PM last night 1/11/23 about overnight parking since I had a delivery for this store. Had woke up to be awake for delivery when the lady by the last name of Holmes showed up driving this car in the picture and said I couldn't park at the store, I informed Holmes that if I had to leave they may not get there delivery. She said she didn't care and that she was calling her brother that worked for the Georgia State Patrol. So I was hoping to be able to continue to sit there for another 30 minutes until I delivered, but here came Forest Park Police Department officer A Holmes who was very polite and only doing his job which was Holmes brother who wasn't a State Patrol officer. So do not show up until delivery hours. I'll never deliver to this store again and good luck to any drivers that do.

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
