Trace M was our septic guy. He and crew were prompt and courteous on a cold rainy day. They pumped out the septic tank quickly.He spent extra time trying to smooth out the top dirt over the tank bit the ground was very soft and the equipment left deep ruts in the yard.I was asked to sign several page on his tablet of which at least 2 were blank. I did not really catch this until they had left.Overall I rate this a four, this being 4 days before Christmas with a lot of distraction and some stress.

An invisible leak caused water bill to skyrocket. Dylan did a great job of isolated the offending toilet and then doing the rebuild. He explained everything and was very professional. Highly recommended.
