Best Plumbing Evaluation in Atlanta GA

Very disappointed. Called Roto Rooter for a shower clog - which was fixed, however, the technician caused a shower leak in the basement below resulting from the work completed. We have attempted to schedule another repair person to fix the resulting damage, but Roto Rooter has now missed the repair appointment window four times in a row. Do not recommend.

Company excellent Jiang however plumber,Thomas never checkedmitor. We reported smell of gas when motor started up. He checked for leaks BUT never put motor on. After he left the red light was on requiring iesbtomcall back for electrician . Max came and was outstanding!!

The customer service is excellent and the plumbers are very nice and good at their jobs but woo boy are you going to pay for it.This is what we paid $550 for: replacing a valve that we didn't even buy from RS Andrews. Somehow 45 minutes of labor amounted to $450. The first $100 was a trip fee.We learned our lesson. Nice people but will not be doing business with again. If you don't care about money and just want something done quickly, by all means. Otherwise, beware.
