The tech that came out to my house was Cy. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a quote. His quote was the best one I had received and I liked the way he explained things. We had a problem with our basement bathroom a month and a half ago. Mr Connolly came and several hours and $500 later supposedly he had fixed the pump. This pump is located in a storage closet and when we came in to get something from there the stench was terrible. We had to take everything out. I have been calling Mr. Connolly for 3 weeks and the lady who answers says he's extremely busy and will call me back as soon as he can. I don't think it's fair to have to pay someone else to fix whatever he did wrong but apparently he doesn't stand by his work
