Danny was Very polite, knowledgeable , explained and analyzed the problem to us. He fixed the faucet right away , then opened up the wall , where the drain leaked, took photos , told us in detail what needed to be done on his return trip. He will comeback with another helper yo install new trap and drain to finish the job. I felt relieved knowing that he will do a good job.

I have been using Jack Dish for the last 6 or 7 years. Starting w some pretty basic drain clearing and moving to bigger projects from there. I have found them to always be responsive when needed. Professional and personable. We always feel comfortable with letting them in the door and into our home. Jennifer in the office is a pleasure to work with. She handles the challenges of scheduling around our crazy lives with alacrity and aplomb. Nelson and Josh and Chris and all the guys work with the calm confidence of experience and competentcy. They are quick and efficient. They never leave a mess either. It's like you never had a problem in the first place. Top notch. Cannot recommend them enough. If you have a plumbing problem they will solve it.

Robert was excellent. It turned out to be a minor problem and he fixed it in a couple of minutes. The normal charge for a call is $80, but since it was a minor problem, he talked to his boys and they waived the fee. What more could you ask for? I know I will be using them from not on.
