He helped improve the quality of the install and corrected a lot of the problems we’ve previously had with our toilet. His customer service was above and beyond your typical repairman.Let me be clear - you are going to pay a premium for whatever the project entails, but at the end of the day the attention to detail was worth every penny to me.
