Thé best experience with a plumbing company to date! They schedule promptly (it was a weekend when I left a request, and did not expect it). Patient and courteous. Took time to explain what could be the ways to fix the issue (I was confused after what a couple other plumbers told me).
The plumber came on time, asked if we take shoes off in the house (always appreciated). Took time to understand what is happening and think of the best way to resolve. It really felt like honest desire to help the best way possible, not just charge a lot. They did not charge a lot either, comparing to other estimates I got.

Tried turning on my system a couple weeks ago and couldn't feel the fan blowing at all. Called and scheduled an appointment and tech came out to investigate. He explained exactly what was going on with my unit and what could be done. As I feared, my 23 year old system had given out. A comfort advisor was sent out to explain all my options for repair or replacement. He was thorough and helpful and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed. Given the age of the equipment I went with a full replacement and it was scheduled to happen two days later.The replacement team was also professional. They showed up on time and got everything installed, tested and cleaned up in just a few hours. Their supervisor stopped by to check on progress and also took the time to explain the process, provide more information and answer any questions.One of the things I really like and respect about all the Goettl team is that they are respectful of me being a female and also the sole decision maker. Sometimes when I'm making big financial decisions or dealing with something technical the men I'm interacting with are patronizing or act like I won't understand. That's something that didn't happen with any of the people I interacted with at Goettl. That means a lot to me. Them being background checked and professional also makes it so much easier for me to let them in my home.Very happy with the work that was done. The new system is incredibly quiet and I'm thinking this summer will be much more comfortable in my home and on my wallet.July 2023Had another great service now from the plumbing side. Armando did a wonderful install of a new faucet. Cleaned up everything like he hadn’t been there. Faucet works great and I’m very happy with the service

We just bought our first house and the first thing we needed to fix was our water heater. I called Pure Plumbing because they had great reviews. I was not disappointed. We had Stephen Diaz come out and do the initial consultation. He was nothing short of professional. He took the time to explain everything to me so that i understood. I requested that he be the one to come back and install my water heater and he made sure to schedule the installation in a timely matter. Every time i called Pure Plumbing i was always greeted so nicely and felt as if i was more than just a number. I will be calling Pure Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

We purchased a sink from Home Depot and they assigned us Max Plumbing for the installation. The plumber was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. We would use this service again! Thank you.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
