Best Water Leaks in Henderson NV

My favorite thing in the world is having emergency plumbing repairs. Especially on the weekend! Thankfully Luis Agaton, from Precision Plumbing, came through like a champ. He was friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He warned me in advance, that he was going to try a minimal replacement fix (a cartridge replacement) that might not work out, leading to a total replacement of the piping in my shower wall. Well, low and behold he was able to fix it with just replacing the cartridge. This saved me $590 and I am back in working order! I love the honesty and forethought, managing my expectations, and not making promises he couldn't keep. Also, his quality of work, and post-work cleanup was perfect. Thanks again Luis! In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan’s. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews in Yelp and 22 on Google. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am extremely glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we’re living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn’t hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.

First visit - fixed the clog in my kitchen sink (jet spray); 2nd visit installed a Pfister faucet that was incorrectly installed by my handyman. Also, flushed out my hot water heater and showed me a very corroded anode rod that needed to be replaced stat. Very pleased with this company!
