As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.

I have always had a great experience using Pure Plumbing, they are able to accommodate the repairs in a timely fashion. The repairs have always held up, I haven't had a bad experience with them or any of their techs so far. I will say the prices seem a bit high as of late, but I have not shopped around and give them the benefit of the doubt the prices are fair market. I will continue to do business with them for the time being until I have an issue, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
