My technician, Corky, arrived on time. He was very professional installed my bidet with no difficulty. He further tested the unit to make sure that it was not leaking. The service call was painless for both of us. I would recommend the company based upon my interaction with Corky.

Las Vegas -Louie was able to come earlier than previously expected, which was great. He was knowledgeable and informative as he assessed the sewer line. He got down to business and did a great job cleaning out the line.

I had a water main break so I need the line to be rerouted. Contacted A-Better to get an estimate for the job. They asked me to take a few pictures to send to them. The estimate came back at 1995 - 2400. The next day they send out a plumber to take a look and came back with a FIXED cost proposal with two options 1999 and 2400(for running pipe inside the wall). I really like the fact that Carla the office lady was prompt in answering all my questions via texts and emails so as leaving no doubt about the details of the job. Their price was several hundreds lower than the other bids so I picked them. They show up on time and got the job completed within 1 and half day. Very professional work. There was a minor issue but the plumber promptly called me to discuss the concern and took care of it the next day. Overall I was very happy that I contacted them for the job. They will be the first one I call should I need any plumbing work in the future. Again dealing with someone like A-Better who is willing to give me a fixed price bid gave me a great peace of mind. Thanks.

After calling several plumbing companies regarding a leak in my front yard on a weekend with no response, I called Bosch Plumbing. Didn't leave a message as I figured no one would call me back. To my surprise, i received a call from Keegan while he was at a conference. He saw my number and called asking if I had a plumbing problem. Explained that I thought i had a broken pipe in my front yard. Said he would come out and look at it on Monday. Keegan showed up, right on time. Told me he was sick that morning but was feeling better. He started digging to see where the leak was. Get this, the owner of the company is digging. 1. Called me back after me not leaving a message. 2. Showed up on time. 3. Still came out after not feeling well. Impressive!! Based upon the condition of my supply line, Bosch Plumbing had to replace my line from my valve to my water softener. Did an excellent and timely job. Keegan and Tyler are great and if you need an honest, hard working, no nonsense plumbing company you can depend on, I highly recommend for any plumbing job you have. Gary Stewart
