They'd installed a water heater for me last year and the service was great. Now my water softener went out so I had them come out to see if it could be fixed. It was an expensive unit that I purchased about 6 years ago from Lowe's which the tech, Jose, mentioned they didn't have parts for and could not fix. I asked how much a new unit would be and the price of $2,500 with install was given to me which I felt was a bit high. I did call around to some other places and relayed that, and the price came down to $1,800 which was a drastic decrease which I didn't feel to great about. When I say that it's because I felt that maybe I was getting price gouged. I decided to go with the $1,800 even though it may have been a little more expensive than the other companies I'd checked with for a similar unit because the work performed previously for me was good. I couldn't say the same for another company since I'd never used them. I will say that the softening system upgrade has definitely made a difference as I can feel it on my skin for sure. The water feel more slippery than before.

What isn't listed is I also got a whole repipe done on my house. Jerry and his crew were here early they got started and had most of the work done in one day. After over a month without water we were shocked and very happy! We every job is situational on time and he first said 3 days to complete but doing it in less than two was absolutely wonderful! Others told me a week or more. Honest, fair, respectful, on time, and responsive even when busy.

I have been using Jack Dish for the last 6 or 7 years. Starting w some pretty basic drain clearing and moving to bigger projects from there. I have found them to always be responsive when needed. Professional and personable. We always feel comfortable with letting them in the door and into our home. Jennifer in the office is a pleasure to work with. She handles the challenges of scheduling around our crazy lives with alacrity and aplomb. Nelson and Josh and Chris and all the guys work with the calm confidence of experience and competentcy. They are quick and efficient. They never leave a mess either. It's like you never had a problem in the first place. Top notch. Cannot recommend them enough. If you have a plumbing problem they will solve it.
