Noticed a pipe leaking in our garage this morning. Got in touch with Frank R. who repaired our previous plumbing issue and his responsiveness was amazing. Later in the night the piece came off completely and was flooding the garage into the street and Frank came shortly after we noticed it spraying. He showed up faster than Jimmy John's AND it was his time off. Great service once again 👌

Jack Dish Plumbing is such a great experience! I had no hot water one morning. Called about 9am, great customer service! Jack came over before 11am to assess my heater! He unattached my old heater, said one of his employees would be over with a new heater soon! Before 2pm I had a new water heater and had plenty of time to pick up my granddaughter from school. I have used this company on two occasions first of all the office manager may be the most unfriendly person I've ever talk to you secondly I had to call them back to fix what was originally fixed which they claim or two separate issues both pipes are connected to one another and the plumber made the comment that somebody previous to that had placed silicone in the pipe to stop it from leaking when I tried to address that with the office manager I was told it was two separate issues which I am almost 100% sure it is it do not use this company that is my opinion I don't feel they are above board at all

Never came back to finish the job. I hired A-1 Action to fix a runny toilet. They said it was fixed and after they left I heard the toilet running again. I called and they said they would be back the next morning. I called them back and said how about in the afternoon. i had morning plans already. They never returned or called to reschedule. Yet they took my money!

I had a great experience with HTA. My water main broke on my side and they cam out and repaired in a very efficient way. Brad was my technician and he was friendly and professional. I will recommend HTA to all my people for plumbing needs. Thanks HTA - Lifesaver today. :-)

Was referred to this plumbing company by a friend over a year and a half ago. First time they came out to fix a valve in the backyard that 2 different plumbers could not fix and Matt the tech did a great job. Today my water softener went out, and lucky for me, the same tech arrived that was here a year ago and replaced the water softener. Keep this guy Justin...Not only are these guys great at plumbing and customer service (Brandy) hope I spelled it right :).. They will never over-charge for the great work they do. Only company I will call for any plumbing needs.

Quick, professional, and priced right. Noel came out on short notice and not only fixed our shower, tub, and two sinks; but also identified where the previous owner (a do-it-yourselfer) had run some water lines and reversed the hot and cold, but had also placed the plumbing access on the wrong side of the tub (the tub was between the plumbing access and the actual plumbing!). He fixed everything, tested it and cleaned up afterwards so you would never know he was there. Definitely the people to call for your plumbing needs!
