Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

I called the office to ask how to obtain an employment verification.
The woman did not say her name and did not want to give it to me.
Her tone of voice was as if I was bothering her.

She advised me to email the request so I did.

I called the office back and asked to speak to the manager to inquire if they received the request. The same dispatcher Who answered the phone previously refused to transfer me.

If they treated people with more respect he would not see so many one star reviews.
