Nelson came out and located a leak in the front yard after receiving a call from the City of Henderson regarding water usage.
Returned a couple days later to make the repair. Showed up when they said they would. Stayed until the job was totally completed. Found a second leak and repaired that leak also. Charged exactly what they quoted. Cleaned everything up after repairing the leak. Honest and great work ethic. Super job, I would definitely use this company again.

Not only do they handle all of our clients plumbing needs, they can remodel kitchens/bathrooms, water systems and install hand rails and ramps to keep our clients safe. Matt Beebe was the guy who came out to give us an estimate and communicated with us every step of the way. He warned us that it might possibly be more depending on if it was harder than he saw at time of estimate. Day of appointment to repair it came and he was prompt and it was quickly fixed. Estimate was spot on. Will definitely be using 702 Plumber again and highly recommend them.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.
