I called here tonight and the receptionist had Paul call me back in regards to a bath alphabet toy being flushed down the toilet by my one-year-old. Paul spent a fair amount of time with me on the phone trying to help me do it myself with no charges for his advice. I think that is so nice of him. I don't hope to need a plumber soon but he certainly has my future business.

So now I know why they are called “Plumbing Kings”! This was the best experience with plumbers I’ve had in Las Vegas since moving here 21 years ago. They tell you exactly what they can do and can’t do. They know what’s fair, and try to get it right. I know... rare these days right? Steven and Antonio reminded me of technicians decades ago; honest work and with the knowledge to back it up. What seemed to be a typical job replacing water fill lines turned out impossible for me, requiring contortionist and plumbing skills where something old and possibly fragile had to be replaced while looking at it upside down. They not only fixed it but explained what they were doing and why, and put up with my lingering and long explanations. I don’t do many reviews, but this one had to be written. Hats off for the “Plumbing Kings”.

I had Curtis as my tech and he was amazing. He communicated throughout the whole visit regarding what his plans were, what he did, and any follow-up actions I was going to have to take. He had a concern regarding a leak that I had and whether or not there was moisture in my wall so he arranged for another company to come out and take a look. Would highly recommend using Water Wise Plumbing.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
